In the course of our initial conversations we might realise it’s not a fit to move forward. No problem.

How we work with clients
Our programmes are designed to be delivered over the course of a year, which is a good amount of time to see sustained results. Of course you’ll see immediate results, but lasting change takes time.
We generally meet with our client’s face-to-face in their place of business for a half day (four hours) or a full day (eight hours) once per month, agreed three months in advance.
During these sessions we review the plan from the last month and create a plan for the coming month, resolving problems as we go.
We ask that client’s give us 6 months to prove ourselves, but we never tie anyone into contracts. We believe that the quality of our work is what retains us, not words on a piece of paper.

It takes up to 3 months to fully embrace a new strategy, but we’ve found that it typically takes up to a year to see meaningful results, which is why our programmes last for a year. All the fancy business plans, strategy sessions, worksheets and expensive consultants in the world can’t replace the fact that it’s your people that need to deliver. Who are we?
After solving problems in Financial Services for a number of years, Dave realised that many companies in many industries face similar challenges.
He now specialises in helping founders and directors to overcome the six core challenges they face leading a company and inspiring a team.
He is an eternal student, meditator and loves throwing himself down hills on a bike or board.
After working in sales and marketing for over twenty years, Regine earned her masters in Digital Marketing from Portsmouth University.
She now specialises in helping companies to track, measure and improve their return on investment from their digital assets.
She is passionate about marketing, rollerskating, yoga and surfs as much as possible (weather permitting).
